Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction activities on site
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Monitor and report on project progress, quality, and safety
- Identify and resolve technical issues and conflicts
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in construction industry
- Experience in site management and supervision
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
