Job Summary:
A Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a construction project, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulations
- Manage and lead a team of workers, including subcontractors and laborers
- Monitor and report on project progress, quality, and safety
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts on site
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
- Coordinate with other supervisors, engineers, and stakeholders
- Prepare and submit reports and documentation
Education and Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in construction industry
- Experience in site supervision and management
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
